How did all this begin?

Since 2004 I have been interested in photography as a hobby. The ability to take creative pictures and make them more creative in programmes like Photoshop I just think its so much fun to first go somewhere that you have never been before take pictures and them transfer them onto you computer and play with them.

I got the idea of opening a club up came from my parents, the lack of photography clubs around has surprised me as I cant find a club that goes outdoors and shoots.

The objective of "FotoFX" :

There's only one rule and that is to HAVE FUN! Honestly the main objective to this is to meet up, meet like-minded people, ask question, share knowledge and enjoy taking pictures!

Is there a cost involved?

Absolutely not! Free to join

Do I have to have a certain skill level to join and what pace do we go at?

As far as skill levels go we dont really mind if youre just starting out in photography or if you've been doing it for years, as mentioned before the idea is to get together and have some fun! As for the speed that we walk, we walk slowly to ensure that we dont miss out on that "golden moment".

At meet-ups what is the procedure to make sure that everyones accounted for?

When we meet up we wont start walking for 15-20 minutes this is to make sure that no one is going to show up late looking for the rest of us.
